As soon as your order is in our system, we start processing it right away, so we can’t accept cancellations. If you’ve ordered the wrong size or accidentally placed a duplicate order, please reach out to us at mollygreenportraits@gmail.com. We do offer refunds for accidental duplicate orders.

If you're not happy with your order, you can return it for store credit within 30 days of the USPS delivery date. Please note that we don't offer refunds at this time.
Returns must be unused and in their original packaging. We can't accept returns on Digital Downloads, Lingerie, Swimwear, or CBD products. Sale items are final sale. If an item is used, stained, has odors, excessive hair, or is damaged, or if it's returned after 30 days, we won't be able to process the return. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we'll issue store credit within 7 business days, excluding the original shipping costs.
For damaged items, we’ll replace them if we can. If we can’t, you’ll get store credit. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item and include photos of the item, packing slip, and packaging for quicker service. We'll verify delivery based on your tracking number.
We take chargeback inquiries seriously and provide your bank with detailed information if needed. If you need details to dispute a charge, let us know, and we'll help. Disputes can lead to account deactivation once resolved.
Returned Packages:
Domestic: If your package comes back to us, we'll issue store credit for the items. The original shipping costs won't be refunded, and you'll need to pay for reshipping.
International: International shipping is not available at this time.
